All expenses arising from export, such as customs clearance charges, fees and/or local taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the stipulated delivery times have elapsed without the merchandise having been delivered to the buyer, and there is no reported incident, the buyer must notify the gallery by e-mail of this situation without delay within a reasonable period of time.

It will be up to the buyer to check the status of the order received at the time of delivery and make any claims they deem appropriate within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Once this period has passed, the seller is not responsible for possible incidents. Once the product is delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

The return is the responsibility of the seller.

The buyer has 5 days to return the work once received.

The work must be returned to the artist in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
