For international shipments outside the European Union and the United States, an estimate of the transportation cost will be made and a quote will be sent to the buyer if desired. Alternatively, the client can use their own transport company to pick up the work at the gallery facilities as long as they provide the corresponding shipping records proving the export of the work. All expenses arising from export, such as customs clearance charges, fees and/or local taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.

The gallery guarantees the perfect condition of the works at the time of collection at its facilities, where their state of conservation is checked before they are packaged with professional protection standards and sent through transportation companies. reference or transport companies specialized in art.

If the stipulated delivery times have elapsed without the merchandise having been delivered to the buyer, and there is no reported incident, the buyer must notify the gallery by e-mail of this situation without delay within a reasonable period of time.

It will be up to the buyer to check the status of the order received at the time of delivery and make any claims they deem appropriate within a period of 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise. Once this period has passed, the seller is not responsible for possible incidents. Once the product is delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

The return is the responsibility of the seller.

The buyer has 5 days to return the work once received.

The work must be returned to the artist in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
